Thank you for visiting! This is my first post on our new EQLAP.Blog, which started just today. Personally, I will use the next 30 days to learn how to use it best!
Please be yourself on this site! I go by Mac, Mack, or Makk. My son Tray Makk is an awesome young man, who also has autism and other challenges. But I give myself for him and I am highly concerned about all of America’s children and youth. They are all going through trying and challenging times. We at EQLAP are there for them and our community families.
EQLAP stands for “Enhancing the Quality of Life through Alliance and Partnership”, which is also our tentative Mission Statement.
We are still in the pre-formation phase but expect to officially launch in late June or early July 2026. February through June 2026 is our time period to get Information and Communications out to the Oklahoma City communities. The goal is to get everyone adequately and fully informed, and provide everyone opportunity to share thoughts, inputs, and suggestions as we get into position to “Become Excellent at Producing Positive Outcomes in the Lives of Black and other Underserved, Underprivileged, and Underperforming Communities”, which is also our tentative Vision Statement.
In closing, please visit our site often and engage in honest and robust dialogue and conversation. May God bless our efforts to bring about positive change in city and for the future of our dear, precious youth!
Peace and Blessings!
